Ceremony, in its simplest definition, means to cultivate with intention.

There are moments in our lives that carry greater significance. If we listen, these moments are inviting us into ceremony. In the fast-paced, modern world, honoring rites of passage is often overlooked. Slowing down and acknowledging them is a gift for all of us. When we arrive at a threshold with intention and presence, we are profoundly changed. Be it birth, coming of age, marriage, separation, death, a big move, honoring a loss, or celebrating a new beginning. It is both a sacred responsibility and a great joy to gather and honor these moments.

  • To create a meaningful ritual worthy of the moment at hand. During the ceremony, gratitude and joy are deeply felt by everyone participating and bearing witness. The moment does not simply pass. It is truly honored.

  • Simplicity. To listen deeply to what is being called for and for what wants to emerge. Elemental beauty is at the heart of these ceremonies and will be woven throughout.

  • I provide a clear framework for creating a beautiful experience that resonates with you.

    We will have two phone calls. The first is an introduction to you, during which I will ask tailored questions to gain greater clarity about you and the meaning of the ceremony. After this initial call, I create the framework.

    From there, we schedule a follow-up call to discuss the framework.

    After this call, I will make any necessary adjustments. At the end, you will receive a formal PDF tailored to you so you can feel confident about conducting the ceremony.

  • The cost for the two 60-minute calls and the tailored ceremonial framework is $375.00.

  • I am available for in-person facilitation that requires travel.

The elements and the plants are the heart of my ceremonies and rituals. We are earth beings. It is our birthright to be in relationship with the water, earth, wind, and fire. These sacred elements are within us and all around us. They make us who we are.

Cacao is an empathogen that helps center us in our hearts. Rich in antioxidants and minerals, including magnesium and iron, it is a beautiful, highly beneficial plant.

I have been working with cacao as an ally for ten years, gaining perspective from teachers in Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador.

My cacao rituals weave together cacao, live sound healing, and meditation. These are held privately and at public events across the United States.

Cultivating Plant Allyship

Humans have been in relationship with plants since time immemorial. There is plant medicine all around us, whether you are in the desert, the forest, the plains, or in a city. The plants are there.

Consider the infinite blessings that plants bring to your life. Look around the room you are in you right now. The materials of your home, your clothing, your food, your bedding, the art on your walls.. all made from plants.

Through my studies in herbalism and many years of health complications, I have worked with innumerable plants from around the world.

If you are interested in building allyship with plants and aren’t sure where to start, I can help.

In a plant allyship session, you will share what feels most relevant and alive for you. This could be about what is moving in your life, your emotional state, and what process you are in. From there, I will intuitively advise you on a plant (or two) and provide a framework for building a relationship with them.
