Psychedelic Medicines can be immensely healing and profoundly life-changing.
Two things you can do to dramatically increase this likelihood are proper preparation and integration.
You would not run a marathon without preparing for it (yeah, I know we all have that one friend who has, looking at you, Jason). Consider preparation and integration in this same vein.
Psychedelics radically alter your consciousness. There is both risk and reward here. This is deep, emotional, and physically intense work best approached with playful curiosity and deep reverence. The greater the level of support before, during, and after, the more significantly it impacts the quality and effectiveness of the experience.
